Thank you for your interest in carrying Miller Girl Candle Co products. Please review our wholesale terms and conditions below. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Our wholesale program is open to established retail businesses, boutiques, gift shops, and other qualifying retailers. We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at our discretion.

Minimum Order Requirements

• Opening order minimum: $200
• Reorder minimum: $50
• Minimum quantity per item: 1 units

Pricing

Wholesale pricing is offered at 40% off retail. All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change; you will be notified of any price changes before your next order.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is required at the time of order.

Shipping & Handling

• Orders are shipped via USPS
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted.
• Processing time is 7-14 business days after payment is received depending on volume of order. An eta will be communicated to the buyer.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns & Damages

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders.
• If items arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 5 business days of receipt at Jen @millergirlcandleco.com.
• Damaged items will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Resale & Brand Guidelines

• Products must be sold at or above the suggested retail price (MSRP).
• Wholesale products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without prior written approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
