Refunds and returns policy
If you are having issues with your candle, melts or wax melter PLEASE let us know by emailing:
We will rectify any issues on a case by case basis within 30 days of delivery. If there is a visable issue, please send pictures. A partial refund, full refund, a new item, or a gift card may be issued to fix the issue depending on the situation. You may be asked to mail item back to us to receive the full refund. You may also be asked for your order number.
